Be somebody's superhero several times per shift by joining the Asurion Force as a Customer Service Representative. In this vital role, you will:
Qualified candidates must be well-spoken, with good phone etiquette and excellent listening skills. H.S. diploma/GED required along with computer literacy, 25-35 WPM typing ability and data entry skills. Previous customer service or call center experience is a definite asset.
- Answer incoming calls for Handset Protection and/or Road Assistance service
- Provide assistance in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner
- Escalate calls as necessary
- Utilize call center technology to input, track and report customer issues
